What has happened at the Hartsfield entrance? The grass is looking better but the island looks like it is being maintained by a 10 year old. I think the 10 year old might do a better job. There are weeds. There is no mulch. There is no design or attempt at beautification. Are we paying someone to maintain this? Since we do not know how funds are being spent because the budget has not been posted, it is evident that we are NOT getting much for our money.
The entrance is the beginning of our neighborhood. With so many houses in foreclosure, and people saving by avoiding landscaping their yards, the least we can do is attempt to present an attractive entrance.
